- 5.端正經營作風，對來廠用戶以誠相待，不欺不騙；
- 6.搞好全廠訂貨、貨物發出工作。
- Pre-sale

- 1.合同管理設有組長、管理人員；
- 2.使用工商局印制的統一合同；
- 3.建立合同檔案，并完善歸檔管理；
- 4統一合同編號，業務員取合同外出需要有編號歸檔，誰出問題誰負責；
- 5.簽訂合同需要按黨的政策、法令和經濟合同法的有關規定執行；
- 6.本廠合同不轉借和私自外廠使用，如造成損失后果有自己負責；
- 7.合同簽訂需要按照合同規定全面履行自己的義務，做好服務工作，使用戶滿意。
- For sale

- 2.按合同規定用戶要求準時將貨物如數送達交貨地點；
- 3.及時安排技術人員為用戶安裝試機，代培技術人員；
- 4.要經常走訪用戶，聽取意見，改進工作， 進一步完善售后服務工作；
- 5.對用戶未來人，來函提出的質量問題，要及時解決，盡快達到用戶滿意；
- 6.凡用戶來廠購配件，要保質保量盡快解決；
- 7.設定熱線電話， 24小時值班服務，及時回答咨詢。
